Terms of Agreement

(All Rates Subject to Change)

• Boats are charged by measured length: minimum length 20 feet.

• Payment in full required at the time of reservation.

• Boats will be charged initially for 6 months. If boat is here longer than 15 days after reservation is expired, the vessel will accumulate additional charges.

• Boats larger than 25' or that have a unique shape(s) will be charged depending on the available space.

• Winterization and Summerization or service to boats will be need to be done by Walker Marine (530) 541-8514

• The Tahoe Keys Marina is not responsible for theft or damage to any boat, vehicle or trailer anywhere on marina property.

• No Refunds.
